To stretch, or not to stretch...

I used to skip the stretching part after my workouts and never did yoga {until about a yr ago}. For me I thought I was wasting my time. At the beginning of my journey I was following a program that took me 1 and a half hours each day 🙄 it was so long and the last thing I wanted to do was to spend another 3-5 minutes stretching. Also it didn’t thought me about the importance of warming up before my workout and about stretching at the end.

Again I learned the hard way, it happens when you don’t have the right guidance. All that changed by learning and adjusting and following the right program for me. I love it now and I understand how important it is.

This specific program I’m following has a dynamic recovery day integrated to help you refocus and feel good to start a new week. It feels great physically and mentally.

That’s what I’ll be doing tomorrow,
