How do you train yourself to have the mental strength to start and to keep going?

I was thinking about what I have done in the last 12 weeks with this program that’s 6 days a week plus running several miles a week. And I remembered how I used to think that none of this could be something I could do, I thought it was impossible actually.

For me, I just got tired of feeling weak. That one day 6 years ago when I decided that if I wanted it that BAD, I had to do something about it. That’s when I started my first bodybuilding program and I have not stopped.

As you build your body your mind adjusts and gets stronger as well, creating lasting habits. Get those endorphins going 😅
