Self-Care Time

Vacation is over and I need to organize my household. Starting with back to school shopping {which I actually enjoy 🤓},

Amelie’s college applications 😱, planning for the kids fall extracurricular sports and signing them up.

That’s only a portion of the things on my list, and it may seem like a lot, but its also nice to get back into my routine, especially reclaiming time for my workouts and getting back to my meal plan.

One of the things that I’m looking forward to is starting a 7 day self-care challenge 🧘🏻‍♀️.

As moms, as wives, stay at home moms and/or professionals, we often put ourselves last. Do you find yourself feeling run down and overworked, and basically running on fumes most of the time? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Self-care seems confusing and time consuming, but it doesn’t have to be. Just think about you, how you want to feel, what do you want to change, what you want to accomplish and take care of yourself


I’m deciding to put my self-care first and to start mindfully practicing it daily to ensure that I am the healthiest and happiest that I can be!
